All products remain property of Azveston Healthcare Pvt Ltd. until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from http://www.nutribears.in. Card information is transmitted securely through a third party. Azveston Healthcare Private Limited shall have no role to play in case of any dispute related to payments/refunds. It is expected that user shall contact the third party payment gateway and/or the bank for any issues related to payment for products purchased through the Website. The collection and usage of payment related information is governed by the policies of the payment gateway provider.
Azveston Healthcare Pvt Ltd. strives to provide best prices possible on products and services to users buying or availing from the Website. However, Azveston Healthcare Pvt Ltd. does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability on Azveston Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
Azveston Healthcare Pvt Ltd may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Azveston Healthcare Pvt Ltd will contact the User if all or any portion of User’s order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept the User’s order. If the order is cancelled after credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in User’s credit card account.
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7-14 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 7-14 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
